Donor Prayer Day
The 15th day of the first month of each Tibetan lunar year is Donor Prayer Day. On this day each member receives blessings and healings of mass Dharma prayers. Members may make specific requests for prayers each year, with specific dedications for the health, prosperity and decrease of suffering for oneself or others, including animals. Even if the member dies, prayers will continue.
On Donor Prayer Day the International Dzogchen Sangha jointly engages in a special grand prayer for the purpose of world peace, for the long life of the holy teachers and for the benefit of the kind contributors and sponsors of the Dzogchen Lineage. Tremendous blessings are generated through the prayers of hundreds of holy lamas, and thousands of monks, nuns and practitioners.
Thank you!
